Summary:
The Patient Advocate reports to the Director of Patient Advocates and is responsible for providing prospective patients a thorough overview and education of all the proven treatment options for hair loss. Patient Advocates guide prospective patients through the entire hair restoration process from consultation through to surgery and immediate post op care. Assisting the Director of Patient Advocates by fulfilling duties as necessary and/or assigned and assuming responsibility and accountability for achieving the Ziering Medical standard for providing quality, compassionate care to patients new and old alike are key priorities. Some travel may be required. Successful candidates have strong people skills in addition to one-on-one presentation skills, strong communication, organization and follow up skill sets, including business writing and telephone etiquette.
Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
BA/BS Degree required.
