Laser Therapy
How it Works
Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is sometimes referred to as low-power laser, soft laser, or therapeutic laser therapy. LLLT administered to the scalp has been shown to improve the health of existing hair, stimulate new hair growth and stop hair loss. LLLT does not break the skin.
The laser light absorbed by the hair follicles in the form of energy, stimulates cell metabolism, eliminates oxygen free radicals and improves blood flow resulting in thicker healthier looking hair and in many hair regrowth. LLLT is often used to stop hair loss in conjunction with hair restoration surgery as a healing method because of its skin repairing properties.
